Many Trustees and<br />attorneys are knowingly processing non-judicial foreclosures, lis pendens<br />and evictions of homeowners for mortgage lenders who have no viable legal<br />interest in properties.<br /><br />What’s more disturbing is that many courts are accepting affidavits “in lieu<br />of” the original notes by mortgage lenders, which are needed to bring<br />legitimate legal action to regain title.<br /><br />Many of the actual owners of the current mortgages on the market are<br />unknown to the Trustees that process non-judicial foreclosures.
